Our Terms

Before a customer may purchase an item from us online, the terms and conditions must be acknowledged. As a result, everything must be thoroughly reviewed and accepted by the buyer before any further order processing can take place.

Return Policy: Any customer who desires to return an item purchased will be charged a $70 restocking fee. Customers have 48 hours to request a return, refund or report any defective items or missing components. Only Items in seal boxes would only be accepted.

Warranty (Electronics & Appliances): Thirty (30) days warranty on Electronic devices. Six (6) months warranty on Television and Appliances.

Prices: All prices on the website are final, including VAT.
Shopro has the freedom to adjust the product’s pricing as the market changes.
The shipping charge is not included in the final price of the goods. For example, delivering everywhere in Trinidad will cost $75.00, while delivering anywhere in Tobago will cost $130.00.
The item’s assembly cost is not included in the item’s final price. All products arrive in a package unassembled. Assembly fees will vary depending on the item.

Online transactions: The Customer must pay for the products as well as any additional expenses such as assembly or shipping fees all at once. We would not accept cash on delivery because of this.
The consumer can make payments on our website using their credit card.
We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt some sensitive information (such as credit card information) to guarantee that your Personally Identifiable Information is secure while being sent.
Our website does not retain credit or debit card information, and we use a secure payment gateway (First Atlantic Commerce) to process such purchases and charges.

Fraudulent Activities: If a transaction appears to be suspicious or illegitimate, Shopro Distributors reserve the right to refund any transaction(s) and cancel the customer’s order. To prevent fraudulent claim, customers are required to provide their ID upon collection or delivery of items purchased on our Website. 

Options for delivery: The shipping charge is not included in the final price of the goods. For example, delivering everywhere in Trinidad will cost $80.00, while delivering anywhere in Tobago will cost $130.00.
Delivery is handled by CSF Couriers and/or Shopro delivery personal.
Delivery might take between 3 and 7 business days.

Order Completion: When it comes to ordering an item, we at Shopro Distributors have the last say.
Before we authorize an order, we should examine stock availability/stock count.
We have the right to cancel orders if the customer fails to meet the requirements.
